Features and Functions:
Quick: quick pressure tracing (less than 20s for loading and unloading time per level).
Accurate: the accurate pressure positioning. We apply the digital locking technology which has solved the technological problems of fluctuation on the other standard machine when the force reaches the designated requirements. It can lock the objective and control the precision within 1/100000.
Technology & Application scope:
It is applicable to the automatic fixed-point verification, creep test,etc of transducer and other standard force gauge.
Creep test
Automatic fixed-point verification: after theparameters are set, load and unload the standard machine to the position where the user designates, keep theforce stable and the force value will be recorded by the computer or by person. Then the next position is tested till all positions are tested and the automatic treatment of forward and backward travel is carried out. At last, offer the report.
It is equipped with high precisionhydraulicfloating servo-assisted oil cylinder giving full play to the dynamic performance of force.
- The high-precision synchronizing signal acquisition technology can realize the 24-bit sampling and ensure the stable reading of 1 million yards, and the theoretical reading of 8 million yards.
- Adopt the 32-bit high speed digital signal processor DSP (T128 F12), and the quick response of the servo closed loop power unit is realized. Such powerunit is the high-tech products with the proprietary intellectual property rights of our enterprise.
- The control software of digital locking technology can make the positioning of force “quick” and “accurate”. At the same time, this software has such functions as network connection, statement programming, curve treatment, printing of statements and conformity certificates. Besides, our professional software development team can satisfy the requirements of software customization for various customers.
